In the ever-evolving landscape of tech, OnePlus is rumored to be gearing up to shake things up in the tablet realm. Recent leaks suggest that OnePlus is cooking up a premium tablet that could potentially outshine the competition, including the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

According to leaked benchmark tests, OnePlus’s upcoming tablet, speculated to be named the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro or OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, is set to be a powerhouse. Running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and boasting 16GB of RAM, this tablet has already flexed its muscles with an impressive single-core score of 3091 and a multi-core score of 9638.

For context, the current Android tablet performance frontrunner, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, scored 7010 in a multi-core test. Similarly, the Nubia Redmagic Nova, another strong contender, managed a score of 7086. However, OnePlus seems to be aiming to surpass these benchmarks with its new offering.

Interestingly, OnePlus’s tablet naming conventions have been a bit erratic, with the Pad 3 following closely on the heels of the Pad 2. The uncertainty around the naming aside, there are hints that OnePlus might draw inspiration from its parent company, Oppo. The Oppo Pad 4 Pro, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and featuring a 13.2-inch LCD with a 2400 x 3392 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, could serve as a blueprint for OnePlus’s new tablet.

As the tech community eagerly anticipates the official unveiling of OnePlus’s Pro tablet, all eyes are on how it will stack up against the current champions in the tablet arena. With top-tier performance and cutting-edge features on the horizon, OnePlus seems poised to make a significant splash with its upcoming tablet offering. Stay tuned for more updates as the tech world braces for the arrival of OnePlus’s latest innovation.
